Vodafone Idea and Bajaj Finance have partnered, under which smartphones with easy monthly installments (EMIs) and a prepaid plan of six months and one year will be given simultaneously. According to a statement, EMI will be calculated based on the price of the smartphone and the total bill amount of six months and one year under this agreement. After this, the entire amount will be divided into six to 12 monthly installments.
The statement said that if a customer chooses VIL’s prepaid plan of Rs 1,197 for six months, he will have to pay 200 rupees in EMI, while this amount would be Rs 249 if recharged from the open market. In this way, on a one-year recharge, customers have to pay 200 rupees every month for a plan of Rs 2,399, while in the open market, you have to pay Rs 299 for recharging in a recharge.
